Return Policy
 
As all items are one off the returns policy is quite strict!

Please note that as all items are second hand or vintage, they may display signs of wear such as fading, piling, loose threads and just a general feeling of wear.

Please shop carefully and check measurements as well as photos. If you have any questions before finalising your purchase please email n3wstatue@gmail.com and we will get back to you with answers as soon as possible! 

 

All returned items must have original tags attached in order to process a return.

Items can be returned for store credit minus shipping cost if returned within three days of receiving - arrival dates will be checked based on tracking numbers. Please email n3wstatue@gmail.com to begin the return process. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

Once your return is processed, you will receive an email with a coupon code for store credit. Your credit does not expire.

 

Shipping


We ship domestically and internationally with Australia post. 
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number alongside a confirmation email. You can track the status of your order on the Sendle website. 

International orders may be subject to international taxes - this is out of our control. You may have to pay taxes upon receiving your order. New Statue is not responsible for these costs.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update your address.
If your order has been shipped, we are unable to change your address.
